​The Council own the following land assets:
Canal Wildlife Area – 3.2 acres east of Sedgwick Aqueduct.
​ Acquired in 1980 for £120
Used as a Wildlife Conservation Area 
​Millennium Playing Field – Adjacent to Village Hall and including Play Equipment, Fitness Trail and Outdoor Gym. Acquired in 1999 for £3600
​Used as a playing field
